No break for BeDriver, engaged in an all-Portuguese back-to-back. Alessandro Poli's team is ready to get right back on track in Estoril for the second round of the Porsche Sprint Challenge Southern Europe with the aim of redeeming itself after Portimão's results, strongly influenced by some penalties and not truthful compared to the real potential of the car.
As in Portimão, BeDriver can count on Alberto Cerqui, who will take part in the competition in the Sport Division. Compared to the previous round, at Estoril it starts on Thursday with the pre-event test day, an additional and optional test day that precedes the official test day, scheduled on Friday with the same times. Each day includes two morning test sessions, each lasting 60', and two afternoon sessions, the latter lasting 45'. Saturday is Race Day: free practice and qualifying in the morning, followed by the start of Race 1 and Race 2 in the afternoon.
Alessandro Poli, BeDriver Team Principal: «At Portimão we worked very well and we will continue to do so at Estoril. I am very satisfied with the response of the car, it is a very good starting point. We are very charged up for this second stage, we have a great desire to make up for the results obtained last weekend».
Alberto Cerqui, BeDriver driver: «Estoril is a very technical track, as well as being totally new to me, so it will be important to set the work well from day one. I have prepared a lot in the simulator for this stage and I am sure we will do a good job together with the team, with whom I have a very good feeling. The aim is to improve on what we did in Portimão, especially in terms of the final results. I can't wait to get on track!»
