\nWith the season opener of the Porsche Carrera Cup Italy at the Misano circuit, BeDriver has officially launched a new chapter in its sporting history.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Il team si \u00e8 infatti presentato ai blocchi di partenza con a completely revamped livery and an entirely new driver line-up<\/strong> compared to the previous season, along with a thoroughly revamped technical and organizational setup.<\/p>\n Le scelte strategiche maturate tra la fine del 2024 e l\u2019inizio del nuovo anno sono frutto di un\u2019attenta riflessione interna, con l\u2019obiettivo condiviso di imprimere un cambio di passo deciso sul piano tecnico, sportivo e gestionale.<\/p>\n L\u2019intento era chiaro sin dall\u2019inizio: alzare il livello delle prestazioni complessive e consolidare la competitivit\u00e0 del team nel contesto sempre pi\u00f9 agguerrito del mono-marca Porsche.<\/p>\n The first results didn\u2019t take long to show: The team wrapped up the opening weekend with its first podium of the season and a significant haul of points,<\/strong> which allows it to immediately compete among the top positions in the overall standings.<\/p>\n Un inizio che conferma la bont\u00e0 del lavoro svolto durante l\u2019inverno e apre a prospettive incoraggianti per il prosieguo della stagione.\n<\/p>\n \nThe first official session of the season immediately gave a taste of the intensity that will accompany us throughout 2025: the gaps between the contenders for leadership are minimal, and the battle will be fought down to the hundredths of a second.<\/p>\n Marvin Klein started the weekend with an excellent second-best time, clocking in at 1:35.801. James Wallis finished in fourteenth position with a time of 1:36.482, while Huub van Eijndhoven ended up seventeenth (1:36.579), unable to complete the full session due to a minor technical issue that forced him to stay in the pits during the final phase.<\/p>\n In the Michelin Cup category, Lee Mowle posted the seventh-best class time with 1:38.750, completing a valuable session to get acquainted with the track and the car\u2019s setup.<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n \nSaturday saw the drivers take to the track for the official qualifying sessions, which were crucial in determining the starting grids for the two races of the weekend. Expectations were high and the margins tight, but our drivers were ready to deliver.<\/p>\n Marvin Klein secured an excellent fourth place in qualifying, confirming himself as one of the weekend\u2019s main contenders. Just behind him, Huub van Eijndhoven claimed eighth position. James Wallis finished in twentieth place after a challenging session,<\/strong> in which he was unable to complete a truly clean lap.<\/p>\n In the Michelin Cup, Lee Mowle recorded the seventh fastest time in his category,<\/strong> laying the foundation for a race to be approached with intelligence.<\/p>\n Tutto questo \u00e8 stato possibile anche grazie al grande lavoro svolto dal team, che ha operato con impegno e dedizione tra venerd\u00ec e sabato – lavorando fino a tarda notte – apportando numerosi cambi di set-up per adattare al meglio le vetture alle condizioni del tracciato e alle esigenze dei piloti.<\/p>\n Per quanto riguarda la griglia di Gara 2, determinata dal secondo miglior tempo ottenuto in qualifica, Klein ha chiuso in quinta posizione con un tempo di 1:35.334. Huub Van Eijndhoven ha replicato l\u2019ottava piazza (1:35.686), mentre Wallis ha confermato la ventesima posizione (1:36.439). Mowle, costante nelle sue performance, ha fatto segnare nuovamente il settimo tempo nella Michelin Cup (1:38.634).<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n \nGara 1 ha visto BeDriver giocarsi il podio (che arriver\u00e0 poche ore dopo) fino all\u2019ultima tornata. Marvin Klein, quarto al traguardo, ha infatti tallonato sin dal primo giro chi lo precedeva, sfoderando un ritmo da top three.<\/p>\n Purtroppo, il layout del Misano World Circuit garantisce poche (per non dire pochissime) possibilit\u00e0 di sorpasso, motivo per il quale Marvin Klein si \u00e8 dovuto accontentare della quarta piazza finale.<\/p>\n Guadagna invece una posizione rispetto alle qualifiche Huub van Eijndhoven, che ha chiuso settimo una gara solida e positiva. Grande rimonta (poi purtroppo vanificata da una penalit\u00e0 di 10 secondi) per James Wallis, quattordicesimo alla bandiera a scacchi ma diciannovesimo in seguito alle decisioni della direzione gara. Settima posizione per Lee Mowle, che prosegue positivamente nel percorso di crescita intrapreso in questa stagione. <\/strong>\n<\/p>\n \nRace 2 gave us beautiful emotions, albeit, in some ways, contrasting. Marvin Klein delivered an outstanding race, finishing in second place after a fierce battle.<\/strong> Al traguardo, il distacco dal vincitore \u00e8 stato infatti di appena 8 millesimi: un soffio, una frazione che lascia l\u2019amaro in bocca, pur valendo il primo podio stagionale. Un risultato eccezionale, soprattutto dal momento che Marvin Klein scattava dalla quinta casella dello schieramento.<\/p>\n Un applauso va anche agli altri nostri piloti, protagonisti di prestazioni solide e coraggiose.
